Windows Are All We Do

Port St. Lucie Window Replacement is a local company with one job: replacing the windows in homes across Port St. Lucie and the Treasure Coast. We don't do roofs, kitchens or additions. Just windows, done carefully.

Who we are

We are a small window replacement team serving Port St. Lucie homeowners. Most of our calls come from people with one of a few problems: windows that stick or won't lock, fogging between the panes, water at the sill after a hard rain, rooms that bake every afternoon, or storm shutters they are tired of putting up. Each of those has a different fix, and the right one depends on the house. That is why every job starts in your home, not on a price sheet.

A family-owned Treasure Coast crew

The people who measure and install your windows are a family business based on the Treasure Coast, not a national chain sending out whoever is free that week. The owner meets homeowners, runs the crew and stays on each job through the final inspection, so the person who quoted the work is the one answering for it.

The crew installs both impact and standard replacement windows, using makers such as PGT, CGI, ES and Lawson. If you are trading storm shutters for impact glass, they can remove the old shutter tracks and fill the anchor holes so the wall looks clean again.

We keep the company focused on windows on purpose. Replacing a window here touches a lot of details: block walls and stucco, wind-borne debris rules, design pressure ratings, Florida product approvals, and a city permit with a notarized application. When that is the only work you do, those details get handled the same way on every house.

What a visit looks like

When you call or send the form, we call you back first to find a time that suits you. We never show up unannounced. At the visit, we:

  • Listen first. Which windows give you trouble, which rooms run hot, and what you want to fix now versus later.
  • Measure every opening. We don't quote from photos. Each opening is measured, and the frame, sill and stucco around it are checked for water damage or cracking.
  • Talk through the options. Impact or standard glass, frame material and color, window style, and glass coatings for the sunny sides of the house. We explain the trade-offs and leave the choice to you.
  • Leave you a clear next step. You get a written quote. There is no pressure to sign on the day.

How we quote

Our quotes list every window on its own line: its location, size, style, glass, impact rating and how it will be installed. Then the rest of the job is spelled out, including the permit, stucco patching and paint around the openings, haul-away of the old windows and cleanup. If something is not included, the quote says so. That makes it easy to compare us with anyone else you are talking to, which we encourage.

Every price you see on this website is an estimate. The number on your written quote comes from the measure, because sizes, glass choices and the condition of each opening change the cost from one house to the next. See what windows cost in Port St. Lucie for current estimates.

Permits and paperwork

Window replacement in Port St. Lucie needs a city permit, and Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County and Martin County each run their own permit offices. The application lists every window with its product approval, and larger jobs need a recorded Notice of Commencement before the first inspection. We walk you through what needs your signature and keep you posted from application to final inspection.

When the job is done, keep the permit, product approvals and final inspection together. A wind mitigation inspector will ask for them, and they help when you sell the house.

Making new windows look like they belong

New windows should look like part of the house, not a patch. We match frame color, grid pattern and glass tint across the house, and we plan phased jobs so the second round matches the first. In communities with an HOA or architectural review board, we help you check the rules on frame color and grids before anything is ordered.

On install day and after

Most houses are done in a day or two. The crew protects floors and furniture near each opening, takes out the old windows one at a time so the house is never left open, and sets each new window to the fastening pattern in its product approval. The old windows and debris leave with us.

Before we go, we walk the house with you. We open, close and lock every new window, show you how each style opens and cleans, and point out anything that still needs the final inspection. After that, care is simple: keep the tracks clear of sand and leaves, wipe the frames down now and then, and rinse them with fresh water if you live near the coast. If a window does not work the way it should, call us and we will come back and look at it.

Where we work

We work throughout Port St. Lucie, from the older streets near the river to newer neighborhoods in Tradition and St. Lucie West. We also serve nearby Fort Pierce and Jensen Beach. Older houses often need the most work around the opening. Newer ones are more often about HOA approval and upgrading builder-grade glass.
